I wanted to send out this letter to all of our current and past clients, This is in regards to a issue that our Company has been trying to deal with since May of this year and have gotten nowhere, As some of you are aware of if you’ve shopped or recently shopped at any local Safeway store in the Santa Cruz County they are being picketed. They are picketing a Company that was hired to work on the Safeways and coincidently, they have our same name (3D Construction), this Company is from Elk Grove, We have NO affiliation with the Company, We have received numerous phone calls and emails from people that think that it is us. We’ve been unsuccessful with the Union which is doing the picketing and with Attorneys in which we’ve tried to hire to have this stopped. We just want to assure all clients or potential clients that we are fair and pay above current wage to all of our employees. We are fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured including Workers’ Compensation. I’ve attached a link from the Registered Pajaronian with a News Article that they ran regarding this issue. I hope that this issue hasn’t had any effect on any projects or future projects that you may have in mind for us to bid upon. I want to Thank everyone for their support during this time.
